1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Job Stall Vacancies. This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, including job listing services and physical goodies. We are committed to ensuring a transparent and hassle-free experience for our users and customers. This policy is in accordance with the applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR JOB LISTING SERVICES
a. As job listings are digital services, refunds will not be issued once the service has been availed, unless there is a proven technical issue attributable to Job Stall Vacancies. b. In case of duplicate payments or accidental transactions, a refund request must be made within 7 days of the transaction by contacting contact@jobstall.in. c. Refunds for subscription-based services will be provided only if a written cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment and before any service usage. d. No refunds will be processed if services are discontinued due to a violation of our terms of service.
3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR GOODIES (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
a. Customers may return goods within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. b. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. c. Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned goods. d. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval. e. Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and digital items, are not eligible for returns. f. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
4. EXCEPTIONS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
a. If a customer disputes a transaction, the issue will be reviewed in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws. b. Complaints may be escalated by writing to contact@jobstall.in, and we will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. c. Any disputes that cannot be resolved mutually will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
Job Stall Vacancies reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
