Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must check the detailed notification on the official website for specific educational qualifications.
Age Limit
- For National Cadet Corps (NCC) candidates, including wards of Battle Casualties, the age limit is 19 to 25 years as of July 1, 2025.
- Candidates must be born between July 2, 2000, and July 1, 2006 (both dates inclusive).
Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications.
- Centre allotment will be sent via email.
- Shortlisted candidates must log in to the website and select their SSB dates (available on a first-come, first-served basis).
- Candidates recommended by SSB and medically fit will receive a joining letter for training, as per the order of merit.
Probation Period
- Selected officers will be on probation for six months from the date of receiving their commission.
- If found unsuitable within this period, the officer’s services may be terminated at any time.
