The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) is currently seeking an Associate Director in Workplace Relations and Business Partnering for a full-time fixed-term position at their Sunshine Coast campus, Sippy Downs. This role is available as a parental leave contract until October 2026 and offers an attractive salary package that includes 17% superannuation.

Role Overview

This leadership position involves:

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  2. Extensive senior HR leadership experience
  3. Strong knowledge of workplace relations
  4. Proven track record in strategic HR partnering within complex or unionised environments
  5. Essential skills in negotiation, influencing, and employment law
  6. Experience in higher education or regulated sectors is desirable
