King’s College London, ranked 31st globally in the QS World University Rankings 2026, is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Executive Director of Global Student Recruitment & Admissions. This vital role, located in central London, reports directly to the Senior Vice-President (Operations) and is a key member of the University Executive team.
About the Role
The Executive Director will lead a recently restructured directorate dedicated to student recruitment and admissions. This leader will work closely with nine academic faculties to attract talented and ambitious students from across the globe. The position is central to King’s commitment to academic excellence and providing an outstanding student experience, in alignment with the King’s 2030 strategic vision.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in higher education recruitment, covering both international and home markets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and develop high-performing teams in a service-driven environment
