This exciting role involves designing, building, and operating an autonomous laboratory from scratch and collaborating with specialists in fields such as small molecules, proteomics, and gene therapy to create scalable, high-throughput workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming liquid handling systems like Hamilton and Tecan
- Integrating various laboratory devices
- Developing automation workflows to ensure reproducible, data-driven experiments
Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with automation and wet-lab techniques, including cell culture and molecular biology
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with workflow scheduling software
- Preferred knowledge of AI-driven experiments, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and scale-up processes
