Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, bookkeeping, and management of contracts and grants.
- Supervise an administrative professional.
- Improve financial systems to support growth and resilience.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit financial management, accounting, or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, cash flow, payroll, compliance, and donor reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work with both financial and non-financial teams.
- Commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning.
