Charles Sturt University is seeking a Digital Identity Lead for its campuses in Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, and Wagga Wagga, Australia. This full-time, fixed-term position offers a competitive salary between $113,948 and $128,980 per annum, plus 17% superannuation. Role Overview
As the Digital Identity Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the transformation of the university’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Your responsibility will be to develop secure and scalable digital identity platforms tailored for the higher education sector, ensuring smooth and compliant services for students, staff, and the broader community.
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have:
- Relevant qualifications and strong experience in IAM.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Okta, Entra ID, or SailPoint.
- Solid software development skills.
- Ability to modernize legacy systems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
