Key Responsibilities
- Work within the Residential Experience Division to enhance student accommodation systems.
- Collaborate with University IT services, particularly focusing on the StarRez management system.
- Lead process reviews, automation, and initiatives to ensure data integrity.
- Engage with various stakeholders across the university to optimize services and systems.
