The Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra is currently recruiting for two Heads of Residence, offering an exciting opportunity for senior leadership roles in student accommodation management.
Job Details
These are full-time, continuing positions with an annual salary of $151,477 plus 17% superannuation. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading teams dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive living environment for students within ANU’s on-campus residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the residences.
- Ensure compliance with university policies.
- Collaborate with staff and student leaders to enhance resident experience.
- Provide strong leadership in student services or residential management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in leadership and student services or residential management is essential.
- Preferred qualifications include management, education, or related fields.
- Flexibility for after-hours and on-call duties is required.
- Applicants must have legal work rights in Australia and be able to pass a background check.
