The University of Surrey in Guildford is offering an exciting full-time Research Assistant position for one year as part of the innovative GP4streets project. This project aims to develop DIY green, blue, and grey infrastructure solutions that help urban communities tackle climate change in practical and localized ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the collection of qualitative data
- Analyze qualitative data gathered during the project
- Collaborate with researchers from both the University of Surrey and the University of the West of England
- Conduct fieldwork in Guildford and South West England
Candidate Requirements
- Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc) in social sciences
- Experience with qualitative research methods
- A strong interest in environmental sustainability within an interdisciplinary context
