Exciting Project Manager Role Available Across SA & NT Rural Health Campuses

Flinders University is currently seeking applications for the position of Project Manager to support the Nursing and Allied Health Graduate Outcome Tracking (NAHGOT) within the University Department of Rural Health (UDRH). This is a full-time, fixed-term role available until December 2026, with an attractive salary range of $100,233 to $110,954 per annum. The position is located at any Rural and Remote Health site across South Australia (SA) or the Northern Territory (NT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of data and reporting systems for tracking outcomes of nursing and allied health graduates, especially in rural and remote settings.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to produce high-quality reports.
  • Responding to stakeholder queries effectively.
  • Supporting strategic planning by collaborating with academic, community, and industry partners.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field with substantial experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with university systems such as TechnologyOne, DVE, StarRez, and InPlace.
  • Proficiency in STATA, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks in higher education and healthcare.
