Flinders University, located in Bedford Park / Kaurna Country, is excited to announce a full-time People and Culture Business Partner position. This fixed-term role is available until November 2026, offering a competitive salary range of $100,233 to $110,954 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational support in people and culture (P&C) to senior leaders, managers, and staff across designated colleges or portfolios.
- Deliver expert advice on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, and change management.
- Contribute to policy development, staff training, and implementation of P&C initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in P&C functions.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in P&C advisory or business partnering roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
