The University at Highfield Campus is urgently seeking VISAS Team Support staff to assist with critical Right to Study checks from 8th September 2025 until mid-October. These full-time roles involve working 36 hours per week and are essential to the student enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Verifying uploaded identity, nationality, and immigration documents
- Updating the live Student Records system
- Assisting in in-person student activities related to Right to Study checks and Visa Extension workshops
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using Banner system
- High accuracy in following procedures
- Customer service experience and ability to work efficiently in busy environments
- Adherence to the University’s Confidentiality Policy and Data Protection Act
