King’s College London is excited to announce a vacancy for the position of Global Mobility Senior Officer (Outgoing Students Co-ordinator) within their Global Mobility Office. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role based in London, running until October 2026.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outgoing Study Abroad programs, assisting students who wish to study or work overseas for a semester, an academic year, or during the summer. Key duties include:
- Program administration and coordination
- Event management related to student mobility
- Supporting students throughout their international mobility journey
- Liaising with international partners and internal teams at King’s College London
Team and Environment
You will be part of a small, dedicated, and professional Global Mobility team focused on delivering exceptional student services and advancing international education strategies at the university.
Requirements
The ideal applicant will possess:
- Excellent administrative skills and strong communication abilities in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in higher education or large organizations, with the ability to manage complex programs and handle sensitive information
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion is desirable
- Experience in study abroad administration and familiarity with student record systems such as SITS:Vision are advantageous
Salary and Application Details
The salary for this role ranges from £39,076 to £43,909 per annum, including the London Weighting Allowance. Applicants should submit:
