King’s College London is currently inviting applications for a part-time Lecturer position in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy at its esteemed Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN).
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching on the Graduate Certificate and MSc Family Therapy programmes.
- Contributing to systemic psychotherapy teachings across the IoPPN.
- Supervising groups alongside the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should be Family and Systemic Psychotherapists registered with the UKCP and:
- Have significant clinical experience within NHS or social care settings.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in systemic psychotherapy.
- Show a strong commitment to equality and inclusivity.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Approved Systemic Supervisor (AFT).
- Experience with remote learning methodologies.
Position Details
- Employment type: Part-time (50%-60%).
- Salary: £53,149 to £59,136 (pro rata), including London Weighting.
- Location: The department will relocate to the new Pears Maudsley Centre in 2025, combining clinical and academic excellence.
