Key Responsibilities
- Leading financial operations and overseeing budgets
- Ensuring compliance with donor and statutory financial regulations
- Managing contracts, grants, bookkeeping, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Reporting directly to the CEO
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in nonprofit or donor-funded organizations. Essential skills include:
- Financial management expertise
- Audit compliance understanding
- Payroll management
- Contract handling
- Excellent communication to engage both financial and non-financial teams
