About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Join the Department of Archaeology within the School of Humanities.
- Teach both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have:
- A PhD or equivalent in Archaeology or a closely related field.
- Detailed knowledge of Palaeolithic Archaeology and/or Palaeoanthropology.
- Experience in teaching.
- A developing research portfolio with peer-reviewed publications.
Desirable qualities include:
- A teaching qualification.
- Experience with archaeological fieldwork.
- Participation in grant application processes.
