The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially announced the exam dates for the Paramedical Recruitment Exam 2025. The examination will be conducted from April 28 to April 30, 2025. Candidates whose applications have been accepted must appear for the test on the scheduled dates.
The RRB will release the exam city slip and the travel authority pass for SC/ST candidates ten days before the examination. Candidates will be able to check their exam dates and city details on the official websites of their respective RRB regions.
The admit card for the exam will be available for download four days before the examination. Candidates need to log in using their registration number and date of birth. To ensure security, Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication will be carried out at the examination centers before entry. Candidates must carry their original Aadhaar card or a printout of their e-verified Aadhaar for identification. Those who have not yet authenticated their Aadhaar verification can do so by logging into www.rrbapply.gov.in.
RRB Paramedical Exam Pattern 2025
The exam will include 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with four options. The distribution of marks across different sections is as follows:
- Professional Ability: 70 questions – 70 marks
- General Awareness: 10 questions – 10 marks
- General Arithmetic, General Intelligence, and Reasoning: 10 questions – 10 marks
- General Science: 10 questions – 10 marks
Each correct answer will be given one mark, and candidates are advised to prepare accordingly for the exam.

- Visit the official RRB website of the region where you applied.
- Click on the link for the RRB Paramedical Exam Date/Call Letter (Admit Card).
- Select your respective RRB region.
- Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- The RRB Paramedical Exam date 2025 PDF will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and save the schedule for future reference.
